Our Musical Journey in Tenerife
At Sonidos del Sur, we specialize in creating harmonious musical experiences through collective singing. With years of industry expertise, our choir embraces all skill levels, encouraging participation without auditions. We are dedicated to fostering a love for music in our community.
I had been in a choir in the UK for many years and when I moved to Tenerife I started looking for a choir here. My brother-in-law saw the advert/post for a new choir starting that wanted new members. I contacted the ladies and we met up at a Carol Service in Costa del Silencio. That was two years ago and I have been singing with them ever since.
The choir is made up of many different nationalities and different abilities. Some read music and some don’t and learn by ear, but we all end up making beautiful music.
